Text Message Preferences.

If you've received a text message from The Captain's Method — a session reminder, an assignment prompt, or a Situation Room announcement — you can stop them here at any time, no account or login required.

You can also reply STOP directly to any text message from us, which works the same way. Opting out here or by replying STOP only affects text messages — you'll still receive email if you're a Captain's Quarters member, unless you separately unsubscribe from that using the link in any of our emails.
