A career path built for people who find talent, develop it, and help get it seen.
You master the work as you climb.
This is a real leveling path, not a flat list of open jobs. Every stage trains you on specific products and hands you more of the business the further you go.
- Stage 1 — Talent Scout: trained on Discovery and Creative FIT™. You learn to spot raw capability and run the foundational intake conversations.
- Stage 2 — Lead Scout & Certified Practitioner: authorized on our full diagnostic suite, including Leadership FIT™. You interpret organizational capacity for your own clients or a whole region: two roles, one level.
- Stage 3 — Certified Trainer (TTT): full Train-the-Trainer accreditation: a paid investment that unlocks a turnkey, high-ticket program you run yourself, under our name.
- Stage 4 — Partner: full enterprise access and legacy product governance. You lead a market and hold equity.
Four ways in.
Talent Scout and Certified Trainer are each their own stage. Lead Scout and Certified Practitioner sit at the same level. Pick whichever fits how you want to work.

Partner.
Build the fleet, not just a client roster. A Partner leads a market, mentors Lead Scouts into their own success, acquires equity participation in the business, and helps shape the future of our legacy product line.
Product access: the full enterprise ecosystem and legacy product governance.
Partner isn't a role you apply for. It's where a proven track record as a Lead Scout leads.
