Leadfeeder & Cookies

We use Leadfeeder to see which companies are visiting our site, based on IP address, and to understand general usage patterns. Email Communications

If you sign up for our newsletter or submit a form requesting contact, we may email you directly. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages (like application confirmations) are sent regardless of newsletter subscription status, as they're necessary to fulfill your request.

Text Message (SMS) Communications

If you provide your phone number and it's on file with us, you may receive text messages related to your account, such as session reminders, assignment prompts, or program announcements. We do not send marketing text messages, and we never sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Message frequency varies based on your activity in the program. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive, or by visiting our Text Message Preferences page, no account or login required.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate the site (such as our payment processor, email provider, and hosting/database provider), and only as needed to provide those services, or where required by law.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law.

Your Coaching Content & Public Sharing

Anything you say or write in a coaching session, voice note, journal entry, or your own project board is strictly private by default. It is used internally, by your coach, to help you — nothing you share is ever published, quoted publicly, or included in our curriculum library without your own explicit, separate consent.

If something you said would genuinely strengthen our teaching material, we may ask you directly, by email, whether we can anonymize and include it. That request always names the exact words in question and requires a one-click yes from you. If you don't respond, or you say no, it stays entirely internal, permanently.
